All prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF), unless another currency is expressly shown.

The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted.

Payment must be made through one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payment information is processed securely by authorized payment providers. ELIXIRA Switzerland does not store complete payment card details.

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions and validity periods.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Only one discount code may be used per order
• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash
• Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively
• Promotions may not be combined
• Promotions are subject to product availability

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a promotion where misuse, fraud, or a technical error is identified.

10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently deliver online orders within Switzerland only.

Standard shipping within Switzerland is free.

Express shipping is available for CHF 6.00 when offered at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, public holidays, weather, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, additional shipping costs may apply before the order is resent.

Please contact us if an order appears delayed or is not delivered within the expected period so that we can investigate with the shipping provider.

11. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

If your order is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at:

12. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer a 14-day return policy subject to the eligibility requirements stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

To qualify for a standard return, the product must generally be:

• Unused and unopened
• In its original packaging
• Returned with all labels intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

All orders are subject to product availability.

Adding an item to the shopping cart does not reserve it.

• Cancel the unavailable item and issue a refund
